“PMS (Property Management System)” refers to software that helps hotel owners manage their operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs and billing.

“Channel Manager” refers to a tool that helps hoteliers manage availability and rates across multiple online booking platforms to avoid overbooking and maximise revenue.

“Website Booking Button” refers to a feature on a hotel’s website that allows guests to book rooms directly online.

“Insights” refers to valuable information or data that helps businesses understand trends and make informed decisions.

“Personalised Support” refers to tailored assistance provided to meet the specific needs and challenges of individual hotels.

“Sustainable Tourism” refers to tourism that seeks to minimise negative impacts on the environment and local culture while supporting the economy.
